S1 A scarecrow
For families, groups and organisations. Make a Scarecrow using old clothes, hats, boots, recycled materials etc. Scarecrows must be able to stand/sit on their own or by using a stake but must be self-supporting. They must not exceed 6 feet in height (183cm) and you may also use props to enhance your display.
